Beknown’s approach
When we began working with Octagreen, their social media channels were underutilised, missing the opportunity to showcase their dishes. Additionally, there was no strategy in place to reach new audiences or convert them into potential customers.
To address these gaps, Beknown crafted and curated high-quality content tailored to Octagreen’s Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms. The focus was on capturing the essence of their dishes and brand identity. Alongside this, we implemented strategic paid advertising campaigns designed to connect with new audiences, driving awareness and potential footfall to the restaurant.
Results
